Before a QT Funded funded account can be activated, identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
QT Funded uses Sumsub, a secure identity verification provider, to perform this process.
The verification process confirms your identity and helps ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
Once verification is successfully completed, your account can proceed to the next stage of activation.

- Navigate to the verification section

Common Reasons Verification Cannot Be Completed
Verification may not be completed if:
• The document image is unclear or unreadable
• The Document is a screenshot of the original document
• The document is expired
• The document is partially cropped or obstructed
• The name on the document does not match the account registration details
• An unsupported document type was uploaded
If verification cannot be completed, you will be prompted to submit new documentation.
What Happens After Verification
Once your identity verification has been successfully completed:
- Your verification requirement will be satisfied
- Your account will move forward to the next stage of activation
- You will receive confirmation once the process is complete
Important Notice
The KYC process must be completed personally by the account holder. This is a mandatory requirement to remain compliant with our security standards. Any attempt to delegate or bypass this process will be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
