Welcome to QT Funded.

This guide will walk you through the steps required to get started after purchasing an account, including:

• Receiving your account credentials
• Completing identity verification
• Setting up your trading platform
• Familiarising yourself with our Rules

Following these steps will ensure your account is ready for trading as quickly as possible.

Step 1 – Purchase Your QT Funded Account

To begin trading with QT Funded, you must first purchase an account through the QT Funded website.

During the purchase process you will be asked to provide:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Payment details

Once your purchase is completed, your account will be created automatically.

Please note* The Purchase details must match the payment details, as third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Step 2 - Familiarize yourself with our Rules

Step 3 – Receiving Your Account Credentials

After completing your purchase, your account credentials will be sent to the email address used during registration.

These credentials will include:

• Your trading account login
• Platform connection details
• Any relevant account information required to access your account

If you do not see the email, please check:

• Your Spam / Junk folder

If you have not received your credentials within 1 Hour for non crypto purchases and 24 Hours for Crypto purchases, Please open a ticket here, using the ‘Order’ Category

Step 4 – Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your account can proceed to the next stage, identity verification must be completed.

QT Funded uses Sumsub, a secure identity verification provider, to perform this process.

To complete verification:

  1. Log into your QT Funded dashboard
  2. Navigate to the verification section
  3. Follow the instructions to begin the verification process
  4. Upload the requested identification documents

Step 5 – Access Your Trading Platform

Once your account credentials have been received, you can log into your trading platform using the provided details.

Your credentials email will contain:

• Platform login details
• Server information
• Any required connection instructions

Enter these details into your trading platform to access your account.
 

Troubleshooting Common Setup Issues

I did not receive my login credentials

Please check:

• Spam or junk folders
• The email address used during purchase

My verification is still pending

Identity verification is handled by Sumsub and may remain pending while documents are reviewed.

You can check your verification status from your dashboard.

My trading platform will not connect

Please confirm that:

• You are using the correct login credentials
• The correct server information is selected
• Your internet connection is stable
